Delete Your Account

This will permanently erase your ChessCoins account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

What will be deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is immediately and permanently removed from our servers:

  • Your name and display profile
  • Your phone number and login credentials
  • Your ELO rating and ranking history
  • Your ChessCoins balance
  • All friend connections and invitations
  • Your game history and match records
  • Your profile photo / avatar
Alternative options: Before deleting, consider that you can update your display name or simply stop using the app. Your account will remain inactive until you choose to log back in. Contact support@chess.sayedkhattab.com if you need assistance.
This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. You will need to register a new account to use ChessCoins again.
